Hi. I’m Nance.
I got into real estate in 2018, right here in Placer County, and I’ve never once thought about doing anything else. I live in Whitney Ranch, the same neighborhood where most of my clients are buying or selling, so when I talk about the real estate market in Roseville CA, I’m not describing it from the outside, I’m describing my own street.
That first year, I was named Rookie of the Year, and I’ve held my Sacramento Association of Realtors Master’s Club membership every year since. Outside of closings, you’ll usually find me organizing a food or clothing drive, showing up for a local business, or helping put together a neighborhood garage sale.
